Refill, Phenolphthalein Paper

Indicator papers without colour scale for simple acid/base determination.

Simple, completely impregnated indicator papers.  They indicate if the pH of solution is above or below the point of colour change.  They are useful to distinguish between acids and bases

Phenolphthalein paper is white paper, which changes colour to red when the pH exceeds 8.3 towards alkaline conditions (red at pH > 10).

Recommended application:

Neutralisation analyses

Store Phenolphthalein paper in a cool, dry place.  Avoid exposure to sunlight and moisture.
