Peracetic acid is used in many sanitation applications, including food processing, dairy industry, beverage industry, canning plants, cooling towers and drinking water treatment to name a few. Peracetic acid levels need to be closely monitored to ensure the sanitiser is working effectively.  Too little sanitiser will allow the growth of harmful bacteria, and too much can be toxic and corrosive to equipment.   Use Peracetic Acid Test strips to quickly and effectively monitor sanitiser levels.

Often, disinfectants are mixed from a concentrate. Therefore, the potency level of the mixture varies depending on the amount of concentrate. To quickly test and verify potency levels of peracetic acid disinfectant mixtures, Peracetic Acid test strips are the ideal tool. Using the test strips allows you to use disinfectants efficiently and ensure proper disinfection.

Directions for use:

Insert test strip into the test solution for 1 second.  Shake off excess liquid.  Wait 15 seconds.  Immediately compare the test field to the colour scale.

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to sunlight and moisture.
